What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by NSS Properties Ltd to the Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence for the 7-8, Victoria Road, at 7-8, Victoria Road, Saltaire, Shipley, BD18 3LA. The application includes the following terms:
To enable the sale of alcohol between 10:30hrs and 23:30hrs daily.
To enable the provision of late-night refreshment between 23:00hrs – 00:00hrs daily.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 20th August 2025. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
