What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr T Vettivel has applied for a new premises licence at 59 Stoke Road, Aylesbury HP21 8BL for alcohol sales (for consumption off the premises) 0600-0000 hours daily. Full details of this application may be viewed during normal office hours at the Council Offices, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury HP19 8FF or on the Councils website. If you wish to make a representation you must email licensing@buckinghamshire.gov.uk or write to the Licensing Section of Buckinghamshire Council at the address above by 14/8/25 clearly stating the grounds for the representations. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
