REPRESENTATIONS SHOULD BE MADE IN WRITING WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THE ABOVE DATE TO: LICENSING TEAM, SHEARBRIDGE DEPOT SHEARBRIDGE ROAD BRADFORD BD7 1PU. Persons wishing to inspect the licensing register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 16.30 Friday. The licensing register is also available online at www.bradford.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
