What is proposed?

Section 17 Licensing Act 2003:  I/WE: Mimi Miesi Limited Have Applied to: Luton Council for a New Premises Licence for: 3 New Bedford Road, Luton LU1 1SA Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for Off-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (09:00-23:00). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 21st August 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Town Hall, George Street, Luton LU1 2BQ OR email: Licensing@luton. gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.luton.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
