Licensing Act 2003: New Grant Premises Licence

Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited applied to Bristol City Council on 23 July 2025 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Wingstop, 44 Queens Road, Bristol, BS8 1RE for the provision of: (1) retail sale of alcohol: 11am-midnight SunWed, 11am-1.30am Thurs-Sat (2) late night refreshment: 11pm-midnight Sun-Wed, 11pm-1.30am Thurs-Sat (3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers. Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the Licensing Authority by 20 August 2025 such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk

The record of the application may also be inspected at Bristol City Council, 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10am to 5pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
