What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Ottolenghi Limited has applied to Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Ottolenghi, 63 Ledbury Road, London, W11 2AD

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 0800 to 1900 each day (and from 0800 to 2100 on no more than 10 occasions per year).

The premises to be open to the public from 0800 to 1930 each day (and from 0800 to 2130 on no more than 10 occasions per year).

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Authority, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX or by e-mail to licensing@rbkc.gov.uk no later than 19th August 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, by appointment tel. 020 7341 5152 between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or on the council’s website - www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
