Applications can be viewed by appointment only at East Staffordshire Borough Council, Trent House, Millers Lane off Derby Street, Burton upon Trent DE14 2NS. A list of applications can be viewed online at www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an Application for a Premises Licence.
