Notice is hereby given that: MERKUR Slots UK Limited of the following address: Second Floor, Matrix House, North Fourth Street, Milton Keynes, MK9 1NJ is applying for a Bingo Premises Licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: MERKUR Slots, 88-90 Main Street, Coatbridge, ML5 3BQ.
The application has been made to: North Lanarkshire Licensing Board, Civic Centre, Motherwell, ML1 1TW.

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
