LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES: Cook House and Wren, Foundry Lane Studios, Foundry Lane, Newcastle NE6 1LH Notice is given that Grazer Cooks Limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 24th July 2025 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: - 1. To vary the layout in accordance with the plans submitted with the application. 2. To remove all conditions under Annex 2 and replace with the schedule of conditions submitted with the application. 3. To permit seasonal variations. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be received by 22nd August 2025 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
