What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer PLC to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Hounslow to vary the Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, 230 to 244 Chiswick High Road, Chiswick, W4 1PJ. The application includes the following terms:-

To approve alterations to the filed plan for an extension to the store & internal alterations, to vary the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to 0600 to 2300 hours each day.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 19 August 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
