What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

Time To Go Ltd has applied to vary existing premises licence (one hour only) for Nomad, 431 Smithdown Rd, L15 3JL for provision of regulated entertainment, late night refreshment and supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 2300hrs to 0000hrs. Open to public Monday to Sunday 0800hrs to 0000hrs. 

You can view a record of the application and make a representation via liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations or ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, L3 1AH. 

Representations must be received no later than 15th August 2025. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
