Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Karol Sokolowski to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Swojski Jadlo Family Food which are situated at 90 High Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8TA.
The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times: Supply of Alcohol: Monday to Sunday, 09.00 hours to 22.30 hours.
The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street. Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.
Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Wednesday 20th August 2025.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
