NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE
LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that SIMTEC GOLF LTD has
applied for a premises licence to Dacorum Borough Council
in relation to SIMTEC Golf, Unit 2, 167 High Street,
Berkhamstead, Hertfordshire, HP4 3HB to permit the
provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale
of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to
Sunday 12:00hrs – 22:30hrs. The licensing register and
details of this application may be inspected during normal
office hours at the below address or online at

authority may make representations in writing to,

must be received by 19/08/2025 clearly stating the grounds
upon which the representation is made in relation to the four
objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application. The maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is unlimited.
