What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

We S & A Corporation Limited Hereby Give Notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton on Tees Borough Council for a new Premises Licence at 47 Yarm Lane, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 3DL and to be known as Best One. 

The application is to: permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday-0900 to 2230 each day 

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing by 18th August 2025 to The Licensing Service, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton- on-Tees TS17 6BJ. 

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9am to 4pm or on the website. 

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
