What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17, Licensing Act 2003)

Naymul Hoque Bongow Indian Cuisine, Swan Lane, Kelvedon Hatch, CM15 0AW. Application for a new premises licence to Supply of alcohol - 10:00-00:00 Live music - 10:00-23:00 - Recorded music - 10:00-00:00 - Performance and dance - 10:00-00:00 - Late night refreshments 23:00-00:30 Monday to Sunday.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Friday, excluding public holidays. Details are also provided on Brentwood Borough Council's website at www.brentwood.gov.uk.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Other Person must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 7th August 2025.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (UNLIMITED)
