NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: Forest School 2 College Place London E17 3PY. Notice is given that Forest School has applied to Waltham Forest Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activity is: 1. The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 12.00 until 23.00 daily. Alcohol is only ever served at a pre-booked event. The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF.

The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF or via email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 13 August 2025. The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.walthamforest.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
