Lavender Hill, Application For Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Rudy's Pizza Restaurant has applied to Regulatory Services Partnership (Wandsworth) for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Rudy's, 268-270 Lavender Hill, London, SW11 1LJ.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the opening hours of the public and the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 1100 to 2300 every day.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice inwriting by 15th August 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 5DX or by email to licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
