Application has been made by Waitrose Limited to the Licensing Authority of Wandsworth Council for a Premises Licence for Waitrose, Unit 19 Planters House, Odyssey Way, New Acres, Wandsworth, London SW18 1FP.
The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0700-2300 hours each day.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by end of consultation date 11 August 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership Merton Civic Centre, London Road Morden Surrey SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
