What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE OF APPLICATION to West Berkshire District Council (on 23 July 2025) for the grant of a premises (ref 27717) by Karen Blakey in respect of The Fuel Boat (registered name Frederick), currently moored at Kennet & Avon Canal, Nr Station Road, Kintbury, Hungerford RG17 9UT, to allow the (off) sale by retail of alcohol 0900-2300hrs Monday to Sunday (March to October), 0900-2100hrs (November to February). The full application may be viewed by appointment at: Public Protection Partnership (Licensing),Theale Library, Church Street, Theale, Berkshire RG7 5BZ (licensing@westberks.gov.uk) where any person or responsible authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 20 August 2025. Representations will not be accepted after this date. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
