I SAM ANDREW NORMAN give notice that I’ve have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence Certificate in respect of MOTHERSURF LTD, Unit 13 Killacourt, Newquay TR7 1DT.
The application is to : have on and off sales of alcohol between the hours of 10:30 am and 21:30 pm daily.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 15th August 2025
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
