Licensing Act 2003, section 17, Notice of application for the grant of a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that Samarth Gakhar has applied under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Newcastle City Council (the Licensing Authority) for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as 52 Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1PG.
For the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
The licensing authority’s register, which shall include a record of this application, is kept at and may be inspected during normal office hours at the Licensing Authority, Public Safety & Regulation, Newcastle City Council, Civic Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH or inspected online at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk.
Any representation to this application must be made in writing and received by the licensing authority by no later than 15 August 2025. Representations can be sent to the Licensing Authority at the above address or emailed to licensing@newcastle.gov.uk.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
