What is proposed?

Application to Vary Premises Licence

An application has been submitted on 21/07/2025 by Harpreet Singh Sandhar to Swindon Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence of: 28 Newburgh Place, Highworth, SWINDON SN6 7DN. The application is to: Extend the Licensed Hours for Off Sales of Alcohol to: 07:00 – 00:00hrs every day.

The application may be inspected at the Swindon Borough Council Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, between the hours of 09:00 hours and 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday. Any person wishing to make representations regarding the application may do so. Representations must be made in writing, clearly stating the grounds for objection, by post to the above address by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 18/08/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
