What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Premises at 134-136 Hartley Road, Radford, NG7 3AJ

I, Thusyanthan Anantharasa have applied to Nottingham City Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the above premises.

The licensable activities proposed to be carried on [on or from] the premises are as follows:-

To extend the hours for the Sale of Alcohol Monday to Saturday from 08.00 hrs to 02.00 hrs the following Morning

The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Communities, Environment & Resident Services, Communities, Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.

Responsible Authorities or any persons can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 19 August 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
