NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Linton Parish Council have, on the 24th of July 2025, applied to South Cambs District Council as the Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence for the Linton Sports & Social Pavilion Of The Recreation Ground, Meadow Lane, Linton , Cambridgeshire. CB21 4NN.
For the disapplication of the mandatory condition requiring a Designated Premises Supervisor and replacement with the alternative condition that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by the management committee.
Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: South Cambs District Council, Licensing Service, South Cambs Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, CB23 6EA or licensing@scambs.gov.uk
Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by the 21st of August 2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
