I Derek Webster do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence Certificate at Morebath Village Hall, Morebath EX16 9AJ.
The application is to sell alcohol by retail, indoor sporting events (skittles, darts, pool) and recorded music.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below).
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: https:/www,middevon.gov.uk/business/ licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
