What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence
under s34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Leeds Cricket, Football &
Athletic Company Limited in respect of premises known
as Headingley Rugby Stadium, St Michaels Lane,
Headingley, Leeds, LS6 3BR, applied to Leeds City
Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed
variation is to increase the capacity of the premises licence
for live music events to a maximum of 26,000 spectators
per event. The capacity for boxing/wrestling events to be
maintained at 19,999 spectators per event. Pre-application
consultation has taken place with residents and ward
councillors. Further conditions have been added to the
premises licence, which can be viewed upon request to
Leeds City Council. Any representations by an interested
party or responsible authority regarding the
above-mentioned application must be received in writing
by Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council,
Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR or by email to

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk,

no later than 20
August 2025 stating the grounds for objection.The register
of Leeds City Council and the record of the application may
be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council's website –

www.leeds.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly
to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is unlimited.
