What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the Licensing Authority of Vale of Glamorgan Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Tynewydd Inn at Tynewydd House, Canton, Barry, CF62 8BB.

The application includes the following terms:-

  1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.

  2. Application to amend Annex 2 – illumination and Annex 3 condition 4, 6 and 10.

  3. Application to delete conditions Annex 1 (ii) (iii) (iv) and (v) and 5, Annex 3 conditions 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 22, 24, 25 and 26.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4RU.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 13th August 2025 (www.valeofglamorgan.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
