What is proposed?

I do hereby give notice that Crediton Farmers’ Market Association have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for new Premises Licence at Town Square, Market Street Crediton EX17 2BN and known as Crediton Town Square. 
The application is to:- Sell alcohol during the hours of the Crediton Farmers’ Market for consumption off the premises. 
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below). (www.middevon.gov.uk). 
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.  
Date application submitted: 18th July 2025 
Final date for representations: 20th August 2025
