NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PHK A Limited - 9 Chapel Market, London N1 9EZ

Notice is given PHK A Limited has applied to Islington Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed licensable activities are: Sale Of Alcohol On And Off The Premises 11:00 – 23:00 Monday – Sunday.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Licensing Support Team, Public Protection, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or licensing@islington.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than: 09/08/2025.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk.

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
