Section 17 Licensing Act 2003 - Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Hamandi Group Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster on 21st of July 2025 for a new premises licence for Pasta Evangelists, 125 Queensway, London W2 4SJ.

The proposed application is to permit the sale by retail of alcohol on and off the premises, late night refreshment and recorded music (indoors) Licensable hours will be Sunday 0900-2215, Monday to Thursday 0900-2315 and Friday to Saturday 0900-2345. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 18th of August 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
