NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT 57 Whitehall SARL has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 21 July 2025 for the grant of a shadow premises licence to use the premises at The Pavilion At Raffles Hotel, Old War Office, Whitehall, London, SW1A 2BX for the provision of films & recorded music from 09:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday, the provision of late night refreshment 23:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday, and sale of alcohol 09:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday, including non standard timings, on the same terms as currently permitted by premises licence 25/03339/LIPDPS, and as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 18 August 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster. gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
