NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Raymond Estates 1 Ltd has applied to Westminster City Council on 17 July 2025 to vary the premises licence 25/04413/LIPT at Basement and Lower Ground Floor, 3-4 Coventry Street, London, W1D 6BL to align with 23/01273/LIPDPS as follows: Sale of Alcohol - Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 04:00, Sunday 12:00 - 00:30, Sundays before Bank Holidays 12:00 - 04:00 (Other than Easter Sunday) Late Night Refreshment Monday - Saturday 23:00 - 04:00, Sunday 23:00 - 05:00, Performance of Dance, Performance of Live Music, anything of a similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performance of Dance Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 04:00, Sunday 09:00 - 06:00, Playing of Recorded Music Unrestricted Private Entertainment consisting of dancing, music or other entertainment of a like kind for consideration and with a view to profit Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 04:00, Sunday 09:00 - 06:00 as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 14 August 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
