6 Huddersfield Road - Application For A Premises Licence

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003

I, ARC (Claudia Chambers) have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as ARC at 6 Huddersfield Road Skelmanthorpe HD8 9AE FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOL BY RETAIL (on and off premises) 8:30am-5:00pm. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. 

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees. gov.uk by 15th August 2025. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov. uk/licensing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
