What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied for a new Premises Licence at Temporary Store, Front of Co-op, St Lukes Building, Vicarage Lane, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 3BE for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday-Sunday 07:00–22:00. Conditions will apply.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford M32 0TH or licensing@trafford.gov.uk by 13 August 2025. Application will be kept on a register at Council Offices and may be inspected during opening hours or at www.trafford.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
