What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003
We, Sue Callow & David Langton, do hereby that on the 24 July 2025 applied to the Licensing Authority at West Devon Borough Council for a Variation to the Premises Licence at The Rock Inn Ltd, Yelverton, PL20 6DS.
The variation application is to: Extend the licensable hours on Sundays for the Supply of Alcohol from 11:00 - 22:30. 
Any person wishing to make representationsto this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, West Devon Borough Council, Kilworthy House, Drake road, Tavistock, PL19 0BZ or by email to licensng@swdevon.gov.uk 
Representations must be received NO LATER than 21 August 2025.  A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address by ppointment.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
