Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence
Pasta Remoli, 10 Exhibition Way, Wembley, Brent, HA9 0FU. Notice is given that PR Wembley LTD has applied to Brent Council Licensing Authority to vary a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Variation of: 1) Variation Of Premises Licence Plan To Include Extended Seating Area.  2) Late Night Refreshment to Be Added From 23:00 To 01:00.  3) New Opening Hours Until 01:00.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
