Licensing Act 2003 - Application for a Premises Licence

An application has been made by Niall Murray for a premises licence for The Boston Arms, 178 Junction Road, London N19 5QQ. The application provides for supply of alcohol from 10.00 to 02.00 Monday to Wednesday and Friday and Saturday with a terminal hour of 01.00 Thursday and Sunday.

Regulated entertainment from 09.00 to 02.00 Monday to Wednesday and Friday and Saturday with a terminal hour of 01.00 Thursday and Sunday. Recorded music 24 hours per day every day. Late Night Refreshment terminal hour of 02.30 Monday to Wednesday and Friday and Saturday with a terminal hour of 01.30 Thursday and Sunday.

Representations may be made by interested parties and Responsible Authorities to the Licensing Authority at licensing service, 222 Upper Street London N1 1XR. Any representations relating to the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address or at licensing@islington.gov.uk no later than 13th August 2025.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
