Notice is hereby given that: Grosvenor Casinos (GC) Limited of the following address: TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, Postcode: SL6 8BN has applied for a variation of a Converted Casino Premises Licence under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Grosvenor St Giles Casino (formerly Russell Sq), 262 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7RG. The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plans submitted with the application to move and park the secondary casino licence so it is non-operational as shown on the plans. The application has been made to: London Borough of Camden, Licensing Team, 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE - www.camden.gov.uk

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities. A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
