Notice is hereby given that The Only Way Is Bevs & Spirits Ltd has applied to Rochford District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of a warehouse located at Unit 22c, Little Stambridge Hall/Little Stambridge Hall Lane, Rochford, SS4 1EW.
The application is for the following licensable activity: Sale of alcohol by delivery only from the premises, with no public access and no events held on site. The register of applications can be inspected at Rochford District Council, Licensing Team, Council Offices, South Street, Rochford, Essex SS4 1BW during normal office hours or online at www.rochford.gov.uk. Representations by interested parties or responsible authorities must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 24th August 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
