What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISE LICENCE UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003

I Bryar Latiff have applied on 15th of July 2025 for a premise licence for the premises known as 3-5 Oak Lane Bradford BD9 4PU

The licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take Place: The off sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 07.00 until 00.00.

Any objections should be made in writing no later than the 12th of July 2025 to: Department of Place Licensing Team Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU. The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
