NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that We Kaffeehaus, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Kaffeehaus, AMR Building Unit 8 Sacriston Ind Est, Plawsworth Road, Sacriston, DH7 6JX for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Supply of Alcohol Monday to Saturday (Inclusive) 09:00 Hrs until 21:00 Hrs On & Off Sales.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 13th August 2025 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
