LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Applicant: Mr Paul Skevington. Premises: No28, Floor 1,27-29 Nelson Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 5AN.
Notice is hereby given that Mr Paul Skevington has applied on the 18th July 2025 to Newcastle City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence application under the Licensing Act 2003.
The application sought is to deal with (1) small internal alterations to the premises (2) increase of sale of alcohol(both on and off the premises), performance of dance and similar, exhibition of film, live music and recorded music and late night refreshment all to 04.00 (conditioned) daily (3)and the amendment to our operating schedule to deal with these changes. In all other respects the licence is to remain the same.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Newcastle City Council, Civic Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 8QH.
Representations must be received no later than 15th August 2025. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.newcastle.gov.uk
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
