Costcutter, Unit 2, Saltwater Place, Plymouth, PL1 3AB. Notice of application for a premises licence 

Notice is hereby given that Malhan Limited have applied to Plymouth City Council for a premises licence as follows: 

1) Opening hours and off sales of alcohol 06:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations to this application should be made in writing to: Office of the Director of Public Health, Head of Public Protection Service, Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ or electronically to: licensing@plymouth.gov.uk Tel: 01752 304141. 

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the above address by 18th August 2025. 

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
