What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application for a Premises Licence 

Chefress Manchester Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for: Ground Floor, 44 Canal Street, Manchester, M1 3WD. 

The application is to permit the following: 

• Sale of alcohol: Monday to Sunday, 11:30 to 23:00 
• Recorded music: Monday to Sunday, 11:30 to 23:00; Friday & Saturday until 02:00 
• Late night refreshment: Friday & Saturday, 11:30 to 02:00 Any representations must be submitted in writing by 13 August 2025 to: Premises Licensing, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, M60 2LA Or by email to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The penalty is an unlimited fine.
