Notice is hereby given that Sandgrown Ventures
Ltd has applied in respect of Sandgrown Spirits/
Lytham Distillery, Unit 3, The Old Mill, Boundary
Road, Lytham, FY8 5LT for a Premises Licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Supply of
Alcohol – Sunday to Thursday 09.00 – 23.00,
Friday & Saturday 09.00 – 00.00. Regulated
entertainment – live and recorded music – Sunday
to Thursday 10.00 – 23.00, Friday & Saturday
10.00 – 00.00.
Representations to this application must be made
in writing by 18 August 2025 to The Licensing
Team, Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham
St. Annes, FY8 1LW or by e-mail to:

licensing@

fylde.gov.uk where applications can be inspected
during office hours. It is an offence liable on
summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000
to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement
in connection with this application.
Further information can also be obtained at the
distillery open day on 01.08.2025 between 14:00-
18:00.
