NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE
North Eastern Administrative Court Division
Petty Sessions District of ANTRIM
County Court Division of NORTHERN IRELAND AT ANTRIM

TAKE NOTICE that We, C&S Group Ltd of Office 1 Townsend Enterprise Park, Townsend Street, Belfast, BT13 2ES intend at the Magistrates Court sitting at The Courthouse, Albert Place, Ballymena, BT42 5BS on 12th August 2025 at 10.30am to apply for the transfer to us of a
licence at present held by Mr Hospitality Limited of Flat 9, Burnbank House, Mill Road, Crumlin, BT29 4ZG for the premises at 36 Main Street, Crumlin, County Antrim being premises of the following kind according to the
Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 namely premises specified in Article: 5(1)(a) premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for
consumption either in or off the premises;

The following body corporate owns the business carried on under the licence
C&S Group Ltd of which the following persons are the directors Conleth Christopher Hendron and Shane Carl McGann both of Office 1 Townsend Enterprise Park, Townsend Street, Belfast, BT13 2ES
and the following are the executive controllers none The owner of the premises is Sunflower Belfast Limited of Crobane Enterprise Park, 25 Hilltown Road, Newry, County Down, Northern Ireland, BT34 2LJ
The licence will be deposited with the clerk of petty sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in the vicinity of the licensed premises who intends to object to the transfer of the Licence must in accordance with paragraph 4 of
Schedule 5 to the Licensing Order of 1996 serve notice of his intention to object upon the applicant and the Clerk of Petty Sessions not less than one week before the before the time of the Court sitting specified in this Notice.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the permissible grounds of objection are such as are specified in Article 22 (6) of the said Order of 1996 namely:-
(a) The procedure relating to the Application set out in Schedule 5 of the said Order of 1996 has not been complied with
(b) That the Applicant is not a fit person to hold a Licence
(c) That the business carried on the premises has been discontinued

(iii) Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council at Antrim Civic Centre, 50 Styles Way, Antrim, County Antrim, BT41 2UB (district council for the district in which the premises are situated)
