PREMISES LICENCE UNDER
THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that: The Gaming Group Limited of
the following address: TOR, Saint-Cloud Way,
Maidenhead, Postcode: SL6 8BN is applying under Section
187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Converted Casino
Premises Licence under that Act. The application relates to
the following premises: Grosvenor E Casino, The
Sandcastle, Promenade, Blackpool, Postcode: FY4 1BB.
The application is to vary the licence as follows: The
proposed variation is to seek approval of the plans
submitted with the application to move and park the
e casino licence so it is non-operational as shown on
the plans. The application has been made to: Licensing

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act
