What is proposed?

MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

MARRIAGES (APPROVED PREMISES) REGULATIONS 1995 AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIP ACT 2004

Notice is given that the Council is considering a proposal to issue a licence to use The Cwtch, The Bar, The Nest and The Gander at The Goose and Cuckoo Inn, Upper Llanover, Abergavenny NP7 9ER in which to conduct civil marriages and/or civil partnership registrations.

The application and plan can be inspected at the Register Office, Monmouthshire County Council, Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA

Any person may give notice in writing of an objection to the grant of an approval, with reasons, within 21 days of the date of this publication.

The objection should be sent to the under-signed at Monmouthshire County Council Rhadyr, Usk NP15 1GA
