NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

I, Jegatheeswaran vellaichamy hereby give notice that I have applied for a premises licence in respect of EC HETHERSETT LIMITED, Unit 4, Hethersett Local Centre, Coachmaker Way, Hethersett, Norfolk, NR9 3SE

The licence is to allow the sale by retail of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and/or the provision of late night refreshment for MONDAY -SATURDAY 10AM -6PM, SUNDAY 10AM-5PM

Notification of the application made to the licensing authority is available on a register at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk/licensing-2/see-current-licence-applications. Representations must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives and can be sent by email to licensing@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk or posted to Broadland District Council or South Norfolk Council at The Horizon Centre, Broadland Business Park, Peachman Way, Norwich, NR7 0WF. Please be advised that any representation, along with your details may be released to the applicant and/or their agents as part of the application process, unless you indicate that there are exceptional circumstances where you believe that your details should not be released. Representations must be made no later than 12th August 2025.
