LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE OR CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

The applicant proposes to carry on the following licensable activities or qualifying club activities on or from the above premises / club premises as follows: The premises will provide late night food selling from 23:00 to 01:00 am from Mon to Sun.

Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make representations in relation to the application must make them in writing to; Licensing Department, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT or by email to; licensing@tewkesbury.gov.uk Requests to view the application must also be made in writing.

Representations in relation to the application from interested parties or responsible authorities must be made no later than: 20th August 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000) 902418136
